More on Diocesan Missions

The Missionary Society of St. James the Apostle was founded in 1958 by Richard Cardinal Cushing. It is a group of diocesan priests from around the world who dedicate 5 years to missionary service.

They serve in Peru, Ecuador, and Bolivia. It gives diocesan priests the wonderful experience of serving in the foreign missions without having to choose to join a religious order or permanent mission service.
